Privacy Policy

Account data

We store your email address and account id so you can sign in and use the same Palletizr account on iOS and the web. Passwords are handled by Supabase Auth (supabase.com) and are not stored in the iOS app. Session tokens on iOS are stored in the Keychain.

Load data

Carton dimensions, weights, quantities, and container choices are sent to api.palletizr.com to calculate a packing plan. Signed-in requests are tied to your account. Plans saved in the iOS app stay on the device until you delete them or delete the account.

Purchases

Apple subscription status and the product id com.palletizr.pro.monthly are stored to unlock Palletizr Pro. Web subscriptions use Square or Stripe and are recognized only if you already bought them. The iOS app does not send you to those checkouts.

Marketing site

palletizr.com uses Google Analytics to measure page visits. The iOS app does not include the Google Analytics SDK and does not track you across other companies’ apps.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Supabase processes account sign-in. Apple processes in-app subscriptions. Square or Stripe processes a web subscription only when you buy one on the website. Google Analytics processes marketing-site page visits.

Deletion

In the iOS app, open Account, then Legal & Privacy, then Delete Palletizr account. That deletes the auth user and the Palletizr account record. It does not cancel Apple, Square, or Stripe billing. Website requests: privacy@palletizr.com.
